REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Not satisfied with your order? No problem!
You can return the product for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the goods are in the same condition as when you received them.
The refund includes the full cost of the purchase, excluding shipping costs. The cost of the return is for the buyer.
Contact us if you want to return something and we will start the return procedure for you.
Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel it.
By placing an order you agree to our delivery period. Usually all orders are delivered within the specified timeframes, but external factors such as customs control or Covid19 can sometimes make it take a little longer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the specified address.
The buyer has a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the order to exchange an item for a different size/color or to request a refund by handing it over to a post office or service point.
PREPARE YOUR PARCEL WITH PROOF OF DELIVERY
Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible, and include the return form. It is important that you indicate in this document if you need a different size/color or if you want to return the items and which items it concerns.
ATTACH THE RETURN LABEL IN A VISIBLE PLACE ON THE PACKAGING
To do this, go to one of the Postal Service service points (a post office or a parcel post) and send your parcel. Once the product has been received in our warehouse, the size/color will be replaced or the refund will be arranged as soon as possible
You can easily return the goods. As the buyer, you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment.
You can return your goods within 14 days of receipt. This is entirely at your own expense and can be done with or without track and trace. Tracking is not mandatory, but we strongly recommend it as you are also insured against loss.
Email a photo with proof of delivery date
The product must be delivered in its original packaging
The product is checked for damage caused by the customer, therefore a damaged product is not sent by your own fault.
If the above requirements are not met, the return will not be processed.
Once the product has been received by the supplier, the product will be exchanged as soon as possible or the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days.
