Customer Service Representative
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative on a short-term basis (24-32 hours). Are you someone who enjoys demonstrating your skills in a fun and young team? Someone with initiative and drive, who enjoys working in a team? Then we are looking for you!
What will you do? You will do everything you can to help customers with all their queries as quickly and as well as possible. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the prompt and service-oriented handling of incoming phone calls, emails and chat. You are the first point of contact for customers and with your empathy you know how to talk to customers in a correct and pleasant way. By asking the right questions, you find out our customers' actual needs and then come up with the best solution. In addition, you and your colleagues will ensure that our products look top-notch and that all content meets quality standards.
