    When can I expect my order?

    The average delivery time is 8-15 days. This is because our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This unique business model allows us to save enormously on storage and transport costs. We can offer the products at a lower price than our competitors and bear the shipping costs ourselves.

    The expected delivery time has expired. Where is my order?

    99% of the products ordered are delivered within the expected delivery time. There are occasionally cases when the order arrives late. This is often due to problems in the shipping or delivery process.

    If you have not received anything 3 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us so that we can help you.

    How will my order be delivered to me?

    All our products are delivered via an international courier service, complete with tracking numbers and carefully sealed packaging.

    Is the shipment expensive?

    We take care of the shipping costs for each order. VAT is on the cost of the customer.

    What is your return policy?

    We offer a 14-day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@yourtrendsfly.com within 14 days of delivery of your item. We will be happy to assist you with the return and refund process.

    How can I see where my order is currently?

    We offer you the ability to track your order by simply entering your Track & Trace number. Once you have received the number in the shipping confirmation, enter it on our Track My Order page and click the Track button. That's it: You can instantly see where your package is right now and what steps your delivery has already gone through.

    There's a problem with my order. What should I do?

    Contact us here or via support@yourtrendsfly.com. We'll do our best to solve the problem.

    What if I need to change the contents of my order?

    If you want to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your payment details and we cannot process changes made after you have placed your order.

    How can I cancel my order?

    Cancellations are only accepted for full price items. In addition, they must be made 60 minutes from the time the order is placed. If you wish to cancel an order in time, please send an email to support@yourtrendsfly.com. We process orders as quickly as possible, so cancellations are time sensitive.

    Where can I find my tracking code?

    You can find your tracking code (order number) in the shipping confirmation message you received after your purchase.

    The track & trace code does not provide any information. Why?

    Only when your parcel arrives at the mail order company does it provide information. Please note that there may be some delay between arrival and shipping from the warehouse.
